Terms of Service

1. About the service

SlipForge is a tool that helps you crop and arrange NIN slip PDFs into print-ready layouts. By creating an account or using SlipForge, you agree to these terms.

2. Trial and subscription

New accounts may process up to 20 files on a free trial basis. Continued or unlimited use requires an active paid subscription, billed through Paystack. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis - please reach out to us directly to discuss any billing concern.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload NIN slips that belong to you or that you are authorized to process
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Keep your account credentials confidential

5. No warranty

SlipForge is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the underlying NIN slip content you upload - that remains between you and the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SlipForge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SlipForge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
