1. Your NIN slip data

When you upload a NIN slip PDF to SlipForge, it is processed entirely within your own browser. We do not upload, transmit, or store the contents of your NIN slip - including your photo, name, date of birth, or National Identification Number - on our servers at any point. Once you close or leave the page, nothing about the file remains with us.

2. Information we do collect

To operate your account, we collect and store:

• Your email address and account details, managed through our authentication provider, Clerk
• Your subscription status and the number of trial uploads you have used
• A reference to your payment provider (Paystack) customer record, so we can confirm your subscription - we do not receive or store your card number or banking details, Paystack handles that directly

3. How we use this information

We use this information solely to provide the service: to sign you in, to determine whether you have active access, and to track trial usage. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to operate SlipForge, each of which processes data under its own privacy terms:

• Clerk - authentication and account management
• Supabase - database storage for account and subscription status
• Paystack - payment processing
• Netlify - website hosting

5. Your rights
